Adolfo Gil - REALTOR® / Team Leader
My name is Adolfo Gil. I have been a realtor for the past 36 years. I believe that in sales it is all about the relationship between you and your client. Building a relationship based on loyalty, commitment and trust creates a bond between both parties for life.
My other passion is fundraising, creating awareness and giving back to our community. I have been involved with many non-profit and charitable organizations for many years, gathering funds for a specific disease or creating awareness for a particular group of individuals. There are three specific fundraising events that I do every year; Adopt-A-Family Food Drive Summer Program benefiting Feeding South Florida, Christmas in July Toy Drive benefiting Holtz Children’s Hospital and Selling Real Estate for a CURE benefiting various non-profit organizations.
The CURE Ability Group was created two years ago, creating employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. The individual with a disability or life changing event has an opportunity to create their own business as a realtor in our office and/or share a transaction with a seasoned realtor. I also participate in a work experience program, Panther Life and Embrace, with FIU South and North Campuses. This allows students between the ages of 18 to 22 years with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, to work in our office performing specific duties in order to broaden their resumes for future job placement.
My goal is to use my Real Estate Career as a vehicle to positively impact various sectors of our society with much more than just a transaction. Also, generating sales, employment opportunity and community involvement; in essence a “Transaction with a Purpose”
